Our second grade students recently took a field trip to the Sciencenter, Ithaca’s hands-on museum, as part of the Trumansburg Kids Explore & Discover program. While on the field trip, they enjoyed hands-on exhibits, and learned about climate change and renewable energy sources.
The Trumansburg Kids Explore & Discover (TKED) is a collaboration of the The TCSD Foundation, Discovery Trail, and Trumansburg Central School District to provide curriculum-based field trips to the eight sites of the Discovery Trail for Trumansburg Central School District students grades Pre-K through 6.
